Ingredients for Filling:

Ingredients for Caramel Sauce:

  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp water

To prepare caramel sauce, take granulated sugar and water in a medium saucepan. Let it cook on low flame till the sugar dissolves in. Pour it in a large pudding pan making sure it spreads evenly on all sides.

In a medium bowl, whisk together Eggs, Granulated Sugar, Milk and Vanilla Extract. Keep mixing with a whisk until all the ingredients combine together. Pour this mixture in the pudding pan on top of the caramel sauce.

Fill one quarter of a large round pan with hot water. Place the pudding pan filled with prepared mixture on top of the water bath. Pop it in the oven for 40 minutes at 140 degrees.

Once the pudding is ready, loosen its edges and place it upside down on your serving dish till the puding pops out. The melted caramel looks more appetizing and pairs well with the delicious pudding. You may serve it chilled or as it is.
