Calibration Instructions:
For the most accurate calibration, use an ice-water bath at 32°F (0°C).

• Fill a cup with ice, then add cold water until the cup is full.
• Stir the mixture for 30 seconds to ensure a consistent temperature.
• Insert the probe at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) into the ice-water bath. Make sure the probe does not touch the sides or bottom of the cup.
• Leave the probe in the water for approximately 15 seconds, or until the temperature reading stabilizes.
• If the thermometer reads 32°F (0°C), no calibration is required.
• If calibration is needed, use pliers to turn the calibration nut located on the back of the dial until the thermometer reads 32°F (0°C).
